BOMBĂ. Românii din Diaspora lovitură cruntă pentru Liviu Dragnea și PSD. Demers fără precedent în România
Românii din Danemarca au făcut un gest fără precedent în politica românească. Aceștia i-au trimis o scrisoare președintelui Partidului Socialist danez Mette Frederiksen în care o înștiințează pe aceasta despre manifestările din ultimele zile din România și arată că democrația este pusă sub semnul întrebării.
Mai mul, aceștia îi cer acesteia să facă demersurile necesare pe lângă omologii ei din grupul socialist din Parlamentul European, PES, pentru ca partidul condus de Liviu Dragnea să fie scos din acest grup.

Som leder af Socialdemokraterne i Danmark har du indflydelse i partiet De Europæiske Socialdemokrater og dermed magt til at foreslå, at Det Socialdemokratiske Parti fra Rumænien ekskluderes. De rumænske socialdemokrater er udelukkende “socialdemokrater” af navn, og de ødelægger tilliden til det sociale demokrati i hele Europa. De har tabt folkets støtte, og nu anvender de tvang og vold for at blive ved magten.
I de seneste måneder har de ændret på straffeloven for at redde korrupte politikere fra at blive fængslet og ved at gøre dette har de svækket retsstaten i Rumænien. Derudover har de fyret lederen af landets antikorruptions agentur, for netop at stoppe den igangværende proces om, at fjerne korruption i Rumænien. Nu vil de udnævne en person, som bare følger ordrer i stedet for, som de også har gjort det i forhold til både det almindelige politi og kampklædt politi.
I et land, hvor uskyldige mennesker dør på grund af ondskabsfuld og inkompetent administration, har ændringerne i retssystemet og fyringen i antikorruptions enheden har tvunget millioner af rumænere uden for landets grænser til at reagere ved at organisere demonstrationer den 10. august. De ville blot vise, at de stadig bekymrede sig om folket, som de havde forladt i Rumænien til at tage sig af de korrupte politikere, og anmode regeringen om at træde fredeligt tilbage.
Desværre havde den socialdemokratiske regering andre planer, og den har besluttet at anvende militærpolitiet mod folket, som samlede sig på Sejrspladsen for fredeligt at demonstrere. Over 440 mennesker blev såret af kampklædt politi, som brugte vandkanoner, granater med tåregas, andre slags granater og direkte vold. Blandt de sårede var både mænd, kvinder, børn, ældre og handicappede. Ligeledes blandt de sårede var også danske indbyggere af rumænsk oprindelse.
Mange demonstranter blev holdt i forvaring af militærpolitiet for at sprede frygt og forhindre, at demonstrationen fortsatte. Retten til at demonstrere, som er sikret af Den Europæiske Menneskerettighedskonvention (artikel 9-11), er dermed under trussel. Der er adskillige beviser i form af videodokumentation online, der viser voldens omfang, som rumænere (hvoraf nogle var indbyggere i Danmark) var udsat for under demonstrationen.
Det står klart, at den socialdemokratiske regering ikke har til sinde at træde fredeligt tilbage, og at det nu forsøger at skabe splittelse i det rumænske samfund og ustabilitet i den østlige grænse til den Europæiske Union. I forhold til andre problemer, som Europa står over for i øjeblikket, er et ustabilt Rumænien bestemt ikke noget at ønske sig. Mellem 3 og 5 millioner rumænere har forladt landet indtil videre, men hvis denne udvikling fortsætter, kan tallene nemt fordobles.
De Europæiske Socialdemokraters princip deklaration, som skal følges af alle medlemspartier, overholdes ikke af de rumænske socialdemokrater – særligt ikke i forhold til artikel 1 om demokrati, artikel 2 om lov og ret samt artikel 3 om folkets rettigheder. Derudover vil vi gerne minde dig om artikel, der omhandler international solidaritet: “Ensuring long lasting prosperity, stability and above all, peace requires effective coordination in the international realm based on democracy, mutual respect and human rights.”
Alt dette taget i betragtning mener vi, bekymrede europæiske borgere og danske indbyggere, at de rumænske socialdemokrater ikke repræsenterer de europæiske socialdemokratiske principper mere, og derfor vil vi venligst bede dig om at ekskludere dem fra De Europæiske Socialdemokrater og fordømme deres handlinger mod det rumænske folk.

Dear Mette Frederiksen,
As the leader of the Socialdemokraterne, you have the influence in the Party of European Socialists, and the power to propose the Romanian Social-Democrats to be excluded. The Romanian social-democrats, are “social-democrats” just in name and are ruining the trust in the social democracy all over Europe. They have lost the support of the people, and now they try to use coercive measures to stay in power.
In the past months, they have changed the justice laws in order to save the corrupt politicians from being jailed and by doing that, they have weakened the rule of law in Romania. Besides that they fired the leader of the Anti-Corruption Agency, in order to stop the process of cleaning up corruption in Romania. Now, they want to name someone that will follow their orders instead, just like they have done with the Police and the Gendarmerie (some sort of a riot police).
In a country where innocent people die, due to malevolent and incompetent administration, the change in the justice laws and the firing of the Anti-Corruption Agency, has pushed the millions of Romanians abroad to react, by organizing a protest on 10th of August. They simply wanted to show that they still care about the people they have left behind in Romania to deal with the corrupt politicians, and ask for the government to resign in peace.
Unfortunately the social-democrat government had other plans, and it decided to use the force of the “Gendarmerie (Riot Police)” against the people that gathered on the Victory Square to peacefully protest. Over 440 people got injured by the military police which used water cannons, teargas grenades, pipergas, some other form of grenades and direct force. Among the people injured you can find men, women, children, elderly and disabled people. Also among the people attacked, you can find residents of Denmark that are of Romanian origin.
Many protesters were taken in custody by the military police, in order to instill fear in the protesters, and stop the continuation of the protest. The right to protest, ensured by the European Convention on Human Rights (art.9-11), is being under threat. There are dozens of video proofs online from the protest, that show the extent of the violence, that the citizens of Romania (European Union) (among which residents of Denmark) were exposed to.
It is clear, that the social-democrat government has no intention of resigning in peace, and now it is trying to create a divide in the Romanian society, bringing instability on the Eastern border of the European Union. Considering all the other problems that Europe is facing, an unstable Romania is the last thing you want. Between 3 and 5 million Romanians have left the country so far, but if this continues, those numbers could easily double.
The “Declaration of Principles” of PES, that has to be followed by all member parties, is being kept in disdain by Romanian social-democrats, especially art.1 about democracy, art.2 about rule of law and art.3 about control of the people. Also, we would like to remind you art.12 about international solidarity. “Ensuring long lasting prosperity, stability and above all, peace requires effective coordination in the international realm based on democracy, mutual respect and human rights.”
Taking all these into consideration, we, concerned European Citizens (and Danish residents), feel that the Romanian Social Democratic does not represent the European Socialist principles anymore and thus, we kindly ask you to pressure for their exclusion from the European Socialist Party and condemn their actions against the people of Romania.
